Although the location and architectural charm were undeniable, the brand lacked a narrative and visual structure that could elevate the guest experience and position the hotel among Sinaia’s premium escapes.
The strategic direction started with defining the brand’s essence: a refined sanctuary for adult couples seeking privacy, elevation, and sensory calm.
The concept drew inspiration from the regal pathways connecting Sinaia’s historic landmarks, integrating subtle references to heritage while maintaining a contemporary feel.
The tone of voice was shaped around tranquility, discretion, and premium hospitality.
